Anas (Airbnb Jan 26)

Lovely place, had everything we needed for a birthday weekend. Really comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely location just outside of Eastbourne Kim was very communicative and helpful

Katie ( Airbnb Oct 25)

Kim's place was just what we needed! easy access to Eastbourne, the downs, and a bus stop across the street to take us along the coast to Brighton! Looking forward to staying here again

Sam (Airbnb Sept 25)

Excellent for our needs, overnight before starting the south downs way- its right at the start

Emily (Airbnb Aug 25)

This is the old YHA so perfectly located for walking the south downs way. Kim was a generous host.

Thomas (Airbnb Sept 25)

We are a family of 4 and enjoyed our two nights stay at Kim's place, there is everything a household or family needs so very delighted. Kim personally takes interest to ensure things are available and he is onsite to help and support too.
There is plenty of space for car parking and a golf club and walks near by.
The rooms are spacious and it has a large Lounge and Kitchen.
We will surely comeback at Kim's place if we visit Eastbourne or nearby areas again.

Benhur (Airbnb Aug 25)
